The ELB staff went out of their way to turn around our project on a crazy timeline. We had multiple issues with the proofs, which the art team handled quickly, and with grace. The sales staff--Maura, especially--bent over backwards to meet our deadline and keep us informed. The final product was great-looking. I'd recommend them to anyone.
