Button Assembly Operators & Magnet Assembly job overview

Button/Magnet Assembly Environment: We provide ALL training so you will be successful.
- Must be 18 years old to operate a button machine for assembly work must be 16+.
- Button Assembly Operators: Operate a electric button machine to produce custom buttons, hand / eye coordination a must (view both videos below).
- MUST BE RELIABLE!
- You may have to lift boxes of button parts 10 to 30 pounds at times.
- Magnet Assembly: Attaching magnets to the back of souvenir fridge buttons along with counting & bagging (this is a NON stress position).
20 - 40 Hours Available Per Week
20-40 horas disponibles por semana
Position hours are flexible Monday through Friday and some occasional weekends may be available.
- Can you work Full-Time or Part-Time? AM or PM Shifts, we are flexible!
- Need extra hours? (2nd job or addition to school PM hours available)
- Can you work a morning shift? or Can you work early evening shifts?
- Can you work weekends if needed (weekend shifts are available from time to time)
- These positions offer something other Jobs don't.... SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY
- You can earn up to $15.20 per hour based on production goals. 2023 Button Assembly Operators start at $14 per hour ($14.20 per hr. after you get your speed to 500 buttons per hr. level) + Quarterly bonuses which are based on company profits & your production goals. Magnet Assembly 2023 wages start at $14 per hour (bonuses $ are given time to time).

➤ Testing Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 5:30pm & takes aprox. 10 -15 minutes (call for weekend testing appointments if needed).
Our NEW Button production facility is located in the Norterra area (behind Goodwill) . The cross streets are Happy Valley Road off of I-17 or coming from the 101 or Bell Road area take 7th Street or 19th Ave off the 101 go North to corner of Happy Valley Road and 16th Ave.
