Happy Holidays! Hanukkah has just begun this year, and Christmas is almost upon us. So we wanted to celebrate the holidays with a Year in Review. We wouldn’t be where we are today without our amazing customers and staff. With that, we want to take a look at some highlights of this year and what our plans are for 2020.
2019 Highlights
This year we introduced a new product line, a new size into our product line up, and we went to our first trade show in several years!
Button Boxes
Our newest product line is called Button Boxes. There are three different avenues for this retail product: Custom Button Boxes, Support the Cause FunD Button Boxes, and Stock Button Boxes. Button boxes are the perfect impulse buy at checkout counters, from their button designs to their compact box. Buttons are hot nowadays and people love to express themselves, so what better way then to offer buttons at the checkout counters. From our clients in the Grand Canyon Souvenir Gift Shops to different gift shops in Maine, they have seen great success with their button boxes. People love picking up these little mementos of their time visiting. With Support the Cause FunD boxes, our customers donate a portions of their sales to a charity that is featured on the box. People are happy to donate and have a keepsake of their donation to pin to their hats, jackets, and more. If you aren’t looking for a custom box with your designs, we also offer a line of stock boxes, from locations, to holidays, to even our parental advisory line. Our stock buttons are a fun way for people to express themselves.
2.5 x 3.5” Round Fridge Magnets
Another fun way to express yourself or have a souvenir reminder is to check out our newest fridge magnet size: 2.5 x 3.5” Rounded Corner Rectangles. There is a animation/theme park mogul who has changed their square corner rectangles over to rounded corner rectangles for safety, and we decided to follow suit. The 2.5 x 3.5” rounded corner rectangles are great to feature high quality images like our friends at the Arizona State Parks. They feature different parks on their custom magnets that you can pick up at the different park gift shops!
Las Vegas Souvenir and Resort Gift Show
Gift Shops and retail products is one of the reasons why we decided to attend the Souvenir and Resort Gift Show this year, hosted in Las Vegas, NV. When the final decision was made that we were going to attend, we had just a few short months to prepare ourselves. From planning to packing, to making sure that our show products were made, there was quite a lot to be done. We had to make sure that our marketing materials were eye catching and easy to read. We made sure that we brought along enough product samples, from custom buttons, to button boxes, to fridge magnets. When all of our product samples and marketing materials were made and everything was packed, it was finally time for the show!
We decided to be apart of a program that put retail buyers in front of us for meetings, which allowed us to pitch our product face to face. This allowed us to talk with those individual buyers and found out what their retail needs are. From there, we came up with different products that we thought would do well in their gift shops and retail stores. From this program stemmed organic foot traffic to see what we were all about. Over the course of 4 days we met people from across the United States, and even some from other countries. Each person we met was different from the last, whether they were interested in a particular button box, or wanted to order custom buttons, we were there for them! After the show was over, we packed up the car and drove home to sunny Phoenix, AZ.
Going to the Las Vegas Souvenir and Resort Gift Show was certainly a unique experience for us. We met a lot of people and it was a great way for us to begin a working relationship with different buyers, especially having been able to meet face to face. All in all it was a great show for us to attend and we learned a lot.
2020 New Years Resolution
With 2019 coming to an end, we want to ring in the new year by working on our 2020 New Years Resolution. For 2020, there are a few things that we would like to do:
- Shine a spotlight on some of our customers each month in the new year
- Produce over 5 million buttons, clothing magnets, fridge magnets and more in 2020
- Continue to provide legendary customer service and high quality products
- Continue to offer our customers constant communication with us from our emails, to phones, to even our chat on our website.
We are constantly working with our customers and staff to be able to provide the best customer service and highest quality promotional products in the industry. We wouldn’t be where we are today without our customers and our staff. To our customers, we wish you nothing but joy as the year comes to an end, and to our staff, thank you for the countless hours and hard work you dedicate to us every day!
