I provided the file and I appreciated that they sent me a proof before printing, as design was not how I expected originally (my fault). They allowed an artwork resubmission and made the correction process easy. Buttons arrived as promised on scheduled date and looked great. I did notice that one button delaminated and a few had smudges (that rubbed off). This was only a few buttons so I was still happy with my order.
