Friendly and professional with a calm about her when I was in a panic getting my conference details to work in unison. The one thing that I did not need to stress about was the button order, which arrived nearly five hours earlier than promised. And everyone loved the buttons. This is a great team. And a great company made better by the fact that it's woman-owned. I couldn't be any more pleased with the customer service and the product.
