Super Bowl 50 and the Playoffs
Football season is almost over, ending with the Super Bowl 50 on February 7th. Hosted this year in San Francisco, CA at Levi’s Stadium, which boasts being the greenest and most technologically advanced professional football stadium. In the week leading up to the Super Bowl 50 there is a series of public events held throughout the region. This includes the NFL Experience and the Super Bowl City Fan Village. These feature activities for all ages that celebrate the game, as well as everything that the San Francisco Bay Area has to offer from arts and culture to live entertainment, and food and drink.
THe NFL Experience offers a pro football’s interactive theme park, youth football clinics, merchandise from the NFL Shop, and free autograph sessions from NFL players. There is also the Super Bowl Opening Night fueled by Gatorade. Fans had the opportunity to purchase tickets to see the Super Bowl teams in public before the big game. This allows fans to be apart of a live show covered by media around the world, see past Super Bowl MVPs, watch live television broadcasts being filmed, enjoy exciting entertainment features between team appearances, and the fans will also receive a free gift bag and radio to listen to the interviews being held.
Currently there are 12 teams to begin the playoffs: the Pittsburg Steelers, the Cincinnati Bengals, the Kansas City Chiefs, the Houston Texans, the Denver Broncos, the New England Patriots, the Carolina Panthers, the Arizona Cardinals, the Seattle Seahawks, the Minnesota Vikings, the Green Bay Packers, and finally the Washington Redskins. Each team had their own struggles throughout the season from hurt players to upsetting losses, however they all had great seasons that led them to their standings now.
As a company from Arizona, we are eager to see how the next few weeks pan out for our favorite team and customer the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals will either face the Green Bay Packers or the Washington Redskins after their matchup on January 10th for the 1st round of playoffs.
