Can I split a quantity between multiple designs?

Absolutely! We offer combined quantity pricing on all orders of the same size buttons. If you have multiple designs of the same size button, we will automatically put the quantity together to get you the best price. Combined quantity pricing does not include multiple sizes only multiple designs.

Do you offer digital proofs / mock ups?

Yes! Every order will receive a digital proof that must be approved before we send your buttons into production. However be aware that production time does not begin until the proof is approved, so please be prompt with your proof approval especially if you are doing a Fast-Track Service.

How many colors can I put on a buttons?

As many as you want! All of our custom buttons are printed in full color, using the latest in digital press technology. You won’t find digital printing quality as good as ours anywhere in the industry!

Can you design my buttons for me?

Of course we offer free design services from our award winning graphics teams that comes standard with every order. It’s all included in our standard $30 setup fee.

What file types do you accept for artwork?

We accept .PSD, .AI, .INDD, .TIF, .JPG, .JPEG files. Also we ask that all fonts are outlined and all linked images are included. If you are sending a flattened image, make sure that the resolution is at least 300 dpi.

So you have a few questions when it comes to the ordering process or your order specifically, hopefully these FAQs will answer any questions you may have. If they don’t you can feel free to give us a call at (623)-445-9975 or email us at customerservice@elbusa.com / sales@elbusa.com.

Can I cancel my order?

We’re sad that you want to, but you can definitely cancel your order. If your order is cancelled before the completion of the proof approval, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel at any time at any stage after we receive your proof approval, you will be billed for the work that was done up to the point of the cancellation including all the setup, printing, cutting, and production fees.

Can I place a reorder?

Of course you can place a reorder and exact reorders are easy! Instead of the $30 setup fee you paid with the original order’s artwork, we charge a $5 fee, which covers the storage and archival costs that are associated with pulling your artwork from our archives and also includes a digital proof to verify you are getting exactly what you ant. All you need to do is give us a call to place your reorder; it’s as simple as that!

I’m not ready to place an order… Can I get a quote instead?

Absolutely! All you need to do is go to our request page to receive a quote from us. This formal quote is good for 30 days. You can also give us a call at (623)-445-9975 and speak to one of our customer service representatives. We will gladly discuss options with your and send you a quote after our conversation for you to have.

What payment methods do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as personal and corporate checks. Please note, however, that the checks must be received and cleared before the production can begin. Delays in receiving payment will also result in a delay in the production and delivery of your order. We also do except purchase orders, however you must call us to discuss payment terms. (A credit application may be required.)

Alright so you found our website and want to order buttons but have a few questions about when you would get your buttons, the production time, shipping, or rush orders. Hopefully this post will answer some of the questions regarding turnaround time, production, and shipping found on our FAQ page. Am I better off to get Fast-Track Production or Rush Shipping?

In most cases, we typically suggest choosing the Fast-Track Production because it will save you the most money with a slower shipping method to meet your deadline. In some cases you still may require expedited shipping to get your order on time, but the Fast-Track fees are typically the less expensive way to get your buttons faster.

What do you meed by Production Time? Shipping Time?

Production time is the time it will take us to produce your buttons. For example if you choose our Fast-Track 3 day service, your buttons are guaranteed to ship within 3 days after your proof approval. Our standard production time is 5 days, and most times we are able to get your order out faster than the 5 days.

Shipping time is the time it takes for your buttons to reach you once  they leave us after production. Ground shipping times vary depending on how close or how far you are away from us in Phoenix, AZ.

Can I rush my order?

Yes definitely! We offer a Fast-Track Service, which guarantees that your buttons will be produced the Same Day, 1, 2, 3, or 4 Days. Unlike other buttons companies, our fees associated with our Fast-Track service are minimal. Beware of companies charging you up to 125% to rush your button order.

I need buttons tomorrow! Can you help?

Absolutely! here at Everyone Loves Buttons, we specialize in rush orders, and we offer a same day production and shipping options on orders that are up to 2,500 buttons. The only catch is the estimate and art proof need to be approved by 1 PM Arizona time in order to ship out the same day. For same day production and shipping, please give us a call to discuss your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! We also insure/declare all shipments for their actual ‘per piece’ value If you are sending any shipments internationally, your recipient will be required to pay any duties/taxes by their nation’s customs in order to obtain their buttons. This is not a charge that is determined by us, but by the recipient country’s government.

Services for you

Do you need your buttons in a rush or bagged after production? We can do that! Here at Everyone Loves Buttons we offer different services to help you with your custom button order.

  1. Fast-Track Production Guarantees Your Production Time:

If you need your buttons in a rush, we can help you out using our Fast-Track service, where you can get your buttons as quick as tomorrow (if needed). By using our Fast-Track service this guarantees that your buttons will be produced from the same, 1, 2, 3, or 4 days. (If you’re not in any rush our standard production time is 5 business days).

Also don’t forget to take into account shipping tome and possibly needing expedited shipping to meet your in-hands date even with the Fast-Track production service.

  1. Drop Shipping

Do you need your buttons shipped to different locations? No problem! We can save you the time and the hassle of getting your buttons to different locations yourself by drop shipping to each of your locations. Just tell us how many go to each location and we can take it from there (a small fee does apply).

  1. Blind Shipping

If you are reselling the buttons and want your customer to receive them, we can ship the buttons to your customer, completely blind so they think that you produced and shipped the buttons at no additional charge, just let us know when you place to order.

  1. Pickup

If you are a local customer in Phoenix, AZ or you are in town for your event, feel free to swing by and pick up your buttons. This way you can save on shipping. All you have to do is let us know when you would like to pick them up and we will give you a call when they’re ready.

  1. Bagging

If you need your buttons bagged in certain quantities we can definitely help you out. No quantity is too small for bagging your buttons. Custom bagging is typically $10.75 per thousand buttons if it’s just a single version. If you have multiple versions being bagged together the price is $12.75 per thousand buttons.

  1. Assembly Only

If you’re a print company looking to save a few bucks, or have a Pantone color only you can print, we offer assembly only discounts if you provide the printed graphics.

  1. Custom Button Packs

If you want your buttons in a custom pack or on a card, we offer button packs in any configuration and size you can imagine. We will print a full color back card and attached the quantity of buttons you want. We will then bag the button pack and seal it for shipping. Call us for a custom packaging quote.

How We Do Things

Our Button Process

Ever wonder how our button process works? Today we are writing a step by step process on how we do things here at Everyone Loves Buttons!

To start, there are two ways you can go about ordering buttons, the first is through our website under the Order Now tab. There you can choose the size of your buttons, the quantity you need, upload artwork, and how fast you need them made (our standard production time is 5 days). Once you decide from those options you can add that order to your cart. If that’s all you need feel free to check out where you will choose your set up for artwork and shipping. Finally you can complete your order through our website; it’s fast and easy. If you have any problems or questions during your online ordering process give us a call and we are more than willing to help you through the process!

The second way to do an order with us if you are unsure about ordering online, or whether or not you actually want to order buttons, is by requesting a quote. There you can select the type of button, quantity, upload artwork, and tell us when you need them by. Once we receive the quote request we put together an estimate and email it back to you. If our awesome prices have you ready to order, you can fax us, email us, or call us with your billing information (we don’t actually charge your card until your buttons are ready to ship out).

After we receive an order whether it is online or through estimate approval, our art department gets to work making sure your artwork looks its very best. They work up a digital proof and email that to you for your approval. If you have any changes, NO WORRIES! We want you to be happy with your buttons and won’t begin production until the design is perfect. Once it’s perfect we print and cut your graphics to get them ready for production.

Production begins after art has been approved by one of our wonderful button makers. Whether it’s an order for 5 buttons or 10,000+ buttons we take pride in making sure all of our buttons produced are top quality. This means we go through each graphic to ensure a perfect cut, keep the manufacturing areas free from dust (can cause bumps in the buttons), and we make sure that the parts we use have no imperfections. When the order is finished being produce, our shipping department takes over.

The shipping department packs the order and acts as another line of defense in quality control. They go through the buttons to ensure that there aren’t any bad ones (although we typically make a few extras in case a few bad ones escape us…those pesky buttons). Our shipping department also makes sure that the buttons are snug in their box for the journey ahead by using paper or air bags so the buttons aren’t jostled around too much. We want them to be comfortable as they make their way to you. If you chose the quote request route, this is when you will be billed for your buttons.

After the buttons have been sent out we send you an invoice (if you went the quote request route) with the tracking information so you know when your buttons will reach you. If you ordered through our website the tracking information will show up when you login and check on your order.

Tips on Creating the Best Political Campaign Button

With the political season well under way, there are a few things to consider when designing a political campaign button. If you are looking to create a political button this year here are four things to keep in mind:

  1. There is less space than you think.

Even by going with one of largest sizes, a 4” button, that doesn’t mean you have 4 inches to design you button in. The button graphics have what is called a bleed line, and any design you have outside of this line risks being cut off when the final button is produced. In all actuality your final design is limited to a 3.8056 inches. This way your design doesn’t get pushed all the way to the edge of the button.

  1. Less is more.

When it comes to designing your campaign button don’t get too crazy. You want to choose your design elements carefully because are working with such a small space. You want to make sure that your name or the candidate’s name is prominently featured, which limits what other design elements that can be added. It can be difficult if you are trying to squeeze a picture, a slogan, and a name all on the same button. Be sure if you are trying to rely on just an image or a logo that t he voters know who or what the logo or image represents.

  1. Humor doesn’t always work.

Wordplay can be a great way to capture peoples attention, however you should also keep in mind the audience you are trying to reach. What you may find hilarious and clever your constituents might find that humor silly or offensive. A poorly timed joke or misunderstood pun can actually turn voters against you or the candidate you support.

  1. Colors matter.

When it comes to politically minded colors, nothing stands out more in the US than red, white, and blue. You can bet that most political buttons feature only these three colors. A tip that may help your buttons stand out is having a small batch of different colored buttons. These will catch people’s eye because they stand out and aren’t common for political buttons.

Luv My Buttons!

Hey Everyone! Some exciting news for Everyone Loves Buttons and we wanted to share it with all of you! To follow along with our New Year’s Resolution on our customers receiving great quality products, we have decided that it is time to revamp our social media starting with Twitter.

Our first step was to change our Twitter handle from @custombuttons97 to @LuvMyButtons. We felt that our Twitter handle should reflect how we feel about buttons and We Love Buttons! We also want to hear from you, our customer, on how we did and we would like to see pictures of your buttons in action. This led us to an idea for our very first Twitter campaign. It’s going to be launching soon so stay tuned on our blog, Facebook, and Twitter for the launch date. Alright now here’s our idea:

When you order custom buttons from us we will put an insert in the box with our Twitter handle (@LuvMyButtons) and #LuvMyButtons. If you send us a tweet with a picture of your buttons and use the #LuvMyButtons, we will send you a coupon code to use for your next custom button purchase. That’s it! Send us a pic with the hashtag and tag us and you get to save money on your next purchase. Who doesn’t like to save money?

One last piece of news, we are going to start blogging twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting next week. On Thursdays we would love to start sharing your button pictures and tweets once the campaign launches.
