Worried there is not enough time to order your buttons? Don’t worry! Here at Everyone Loves Buttons® we offer Fast-Track Production to suit your last-minute button needs.

 

Our standard production time is about 5 business days, but for service charge we also offer 4-day, 3-day, 2-day, 1-day production times as well as same-day production on rush orders. In fact, we are the only custom button company to offer same-day production to our customers.

 

Please note that all same-day production orders MUST be placed before 11:00 AM PST. You can also call our sales representatives for special circumstances.

 

How Do I Order Fast-Track Production?

 

Click on the button size you would like to order, then:

 

 

  1. Choose your quantity and upload your artwork. Include any additional notes in the text box provided. (Click here to see our previous post about print-ready images.)

 

  1. Enter your zip code and click on “Calculate Price & Delivery Date”. This will calculate your specific shipping costs automatically for the next step!

 

 

  1. On the calendar below, click on the date you want your buttons delivered by. You will be able to pick any weekday after the current date if we are still during our same day service hours (before 11AM PST). If it is after 11AM PST, then you can choose a weekday two business days from the current date. If your delivery date is before our 5 day standard production time and standard shipping time, our website will calculate the best way to get your buttons delivered to you by the date you need it. (Fast Track Fees and/or expedited shipping fees will apply.)

 

  1. Be aware that this will be the total amount before taxes (if applicable) and the art work set up costs. Your full order cost will be shown once your order is in your cart.

Everyone Loves Buttons has some of the fastest button-machine operators in the industry especially when you add it with our Fast-Track Service. Our standard production time for all orders is just five business days, but that does not mean that we can’t get your order done sooner. Depending on our production schedule, some orders may be completed sooner than five days.

But what if I NEED my buttons sooner than five days?

That’s no problem! We offer a variety of fast-track service options that will guarantee your delivery date. With us, there is no guessing and wondering when your order will arrive like with those other button companies. Even if you need your buttons by the following day, we can do up to 2,500 buttons the same day your order is placed and get them shipped to you that afternoon. Of course, in a circumstance like that, you would need to place the order by noon (Arizona Time) that day to give us enough time to produce an order of that quantity.

Can I save money by fast-tracking production as opposed to expediting shipping?

Yes. While it’s not always the case, often times, our affordable fast-track options can save you money on expedited shipping. For example, if you needed an order delivered to you in six business days and your ship-to address is three transit days away (via UPS Ground), rather than doing standard production with overnight shipping, you can do a 3-day fast track with UPS Ground to avoid the high cost of expedited shipping.

How can I ensure that I will get my order by my desired delivery date?

As I mentioned before, by choosing a fast-track service, you are guaranteeing your delivery date. To do this, you have a couple different options. You can proceed with your order checkout online at custombuttons.com and select your desired due date. At that point, our website will calculate your production time and shipping accordingly. You will be able to see what method it chooses for you prior to completing your checkout. Your second option is to call in and place your order. This is the best method for any same-day or 1-day fast-track orders because it will immediately notify our customer service staff that we need to expedite the order.

So whether you are planning a last-minute event or you got caught procrastinating (Don’t worry, we all do it), Everyone Loves Buttons can still produce high-quality, Made-in-USA buttons and get them to you whenever you need them.

Alright so you found our website and want to order buttons but have a few questions about when you would get your buttons, the production time, shipping, or rush orders. Hopefully this post will answer some of the questions regarding turnaround time, production, and shipping found on our FAQ page. Am I better off to get Fast-Track Production or Rush Shipping?

In most cases, we typically suggest choosing the Fast-Track Production because it will save you the most money with a slower shipping method to meet your deadline. In some cases you still may require expedited shipping to get your order on time, but the Fast-Track fees are typically the less expensive way to get your buttons faster.

What do you meed by Production Time? Shipping Time?

Production time is the time it will take us to produce your buttons. For example if you choose our Fast-Track 3 day service, your buttons are guaranteed to ship within 3 days after your proof approval. Our standard production time is 5 days, and most times we are able to get your order out faster than the 5 days.

Shipping time is the time it takes for your buttons to reach you once  they leave us after production. Ground shipping times vary depending on how close or how far you are away from us in Phoenix, AZ.

Can I rush my order?

Yes definitely! We offer a Fast-Track Service, which guarantees that your buttons will be produced the Same Day, 1, 2, 3, or 4 Days. Unlike other buttons companies, our fees associated with our Fast-Track service are minimal. Beware of companies charging you up to 125% to rush your button order.

I need buttons tomorrow! Can you help?

Absolutely! here at Everyone Loves Buttons, we specialize in rush orders, and we offer a same day production and shipping options on orders that are up to 2,500 buttons. The only catch is the estimate and art proof need to be approved by 1 PM Arizona time in order to ship out the same day. For same day production and shipping, please give us a call to discuss your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! We also insure/declare all shipments for their actual ‘per piece’ value If you are sending any shipments internationally, your recipient will be required to pay any duties/taxes by their nation’s customs in order to obtain their buttons. This is not a charge that is determined by us, but by the recipient country’s government.
