Great job. Had issues with another company. These guys saved the day for a special event, which to my family was a once in a lifetime experience.

I had a asked for a quote

I had a asked for a quote, it was very quick. I had then asked for a second quote with the new customer 15% discount. When I didn't get a response, I sent a follow up email about a week later requesting the discounted quote. The rep said that hey HAD responded on a certain date. I looked back at my emails....there was no such response. I would rather someone say they forgot, were busy, etc. not send a short, curt and untruthful answer. In the end, however, the product was awesome.
UPDATE:
Received an answer from the president of Custombuttons.com saying they did respond to my second request promptly. They are mistaken. I DO NOT have an email from them on Aug 27th (until I asked for the quote a second time). I followed up with them on August 27th. To be polite I wrote: "My apologies, I didn’t see your response. I’ll be putting in my order shortly"
I'm not interested in going tit-for-tat on this.

I promptly responded to ALL your emails and I reviewed the email correspondence that my staff promptly sent back to you on 8/27/19 containing the coupon code TAKE15. (You had originally engaged in our chat on our website at 8:33 am inquiring about the code and we replied at 8:50 am with the coupon code). I am happy that you were pleased with the product.
