    Only gave you 3 stars for quality which was a 5 but wish you would have had more than just the black back like you do for the 1". Other than that the service was fantastic, will be back to re-order.

    I’m sorry we don't carry any other color than the Black Versa Backs for 1.25" Zipper Pulls. We could special order you any color for quantities over 20,000+.

    I called this company 2 separate times and requested a sample each time. Each sample was sent out promptly. I was able to make a decision based on the sample (a zipper pull). When I called again to place my order, I was assisted with artwork ideas. The person I worked with checked out my website and suggested I could use similar artwork as was there. Later that day a proof was sent to me, I approved it online, and my order was processed. Delivery was just a few days later and I am absolutely delighted!
