The process started out great. We had a font issue and worked with me to get it right. Was super excited about that and probably had higher expectations because of it. When we got the buttons the font was barely noticeable. The color choices just didn't work with their printing method, which is fine. But had I been told that I could have changed the color and had a fabulous product. Instead I'm left with an ok product.
