Pal 2019-10-08 I had a asked for a quote, it was very quick. I had then asked for a second quote with the new customer 15% discount. When I didn't get a response, I sent a follow up email about a week later requesting the discounted quote. The rep said that hey HAD responded on a certain date. I looked back at my emails....there was no such response. I would rather someone say they forgot, were busy, etc. not send a short, curt and untruthful answer. In the end, however, the product was awesome. UPDATE: Received an answer from the president of Custombuttons.com saying they did respond to my second request promptly. They are mistaken. I DO NOT have an email from them on Aug 27th (until I asked for the quote a second time). I followed up with them on August 27th. To be polite I wrote: "My apologies, I didn’t see your response. I’ll be putting in my order shortly" I'm not interested in going tit-for-tat on this.
